Are your sizes standard, and how do I choose the right size for me?
To help you select the most accurate size, please refer to our Size Guide. Follow the instructions provided when taking your measurements to avoid ordering the wrong size.
How do I correctly measure my bust and choose the top?
Place the measuring tape directly under your bust — make sure it runs in a straight line across your back and under the bust at the front.
Once measured, find your corresponding size in Row 1 of our size guide — this will indicate your EU bra size (e.g., 34, 36, 38...).
How do I correctly measure my hips and choose the bottom?
Measure around the widest part of your hips. You can choose the bottoms based on your regular clothing size.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time for Marnel items is between 5 and 15 days from the date your order is received.
Delays may occur during holidays or non-working days. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time during checkout.
For orders outside Serbia, delivery is also up to 15 days. However, please note that customs procedures or local regulations in your country may affect delivery time.
International orders may incur additional duties, fees, or taxes set by local customs authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products (underwear and swimwear), returns and refunds are not possible.
We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
Exchanges are also not possible, even if the packaging has only been opened.

How should I care for my swimwear?
Sunscreens, saltwater, chlorinated water, and exposure to sun and heat can damage swimwear, especially the elastic fibers. To prolong the life of your swimwear, please follow the care instructions on the sewn-in labels.
Care Tips:
Rinse by hand after every use. Before storing for the season, wash gently with mild detergent to remove creams, oils, and salt/chlorine residue.
Do not fold or store wet swimwear — allow it to dry completely first.
Store in open air, not in plastic bags.
Fluorescent and shiny colors may fade with sun exposure.
Sunscreens, oils, and sweat damage elastic fibers — always follow the care instructions provided.
